To run the platform, moderate content, notify you, match verified disputes with counsel, and publish redacted case records.
For verified disputes: case number, broker, category, dates, amounts, your statement and the broker's response. Not public: your company name, contact details, and uploaded documents.
With attorneys who take your case, with brokers who claim their MC (statement only), and with service providers that host the platform. We do not sell personal data.
Case records persist while the dispute is active and for the period required to support any legal action. You may request deletion of your account; public records may be anonymized rather than removed.
