You must provide accurate identity and authority information (MC/DOT for carriers, bar number for attorneys). One account per person. Keep your credentials private.
Disputes, statements and documents you submit are your own. You confirm they are truthful to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share them. You grant us a license to store, display and share them with moderators, counsel you engage, and, for verified disputes, the public in redacted form.
We review submissions for completeness and consistency. We may decline, edit for redaction, or remove content at our discretion. Verification means the file is complete, not that any claim is proven.
Attorney accounts are subject to bar verification and platform fees. Engagement between a carrier and an attorney is a separate relationship governed by their own agreement. CarrierStand is not a law firm and does not practice law.
A collective action on this platform is a grouping of disputes against one broker. Its legal form, if any, is decided by counsel and the carriers involved.
No false statements, no harassment, no doxxing, no uploading of documents you are not entitled to share. Violations result in removal.
The platform is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
